1. Commission Structure: Affiliates earn 20% on all qualified one-time lead package and digital guide purchases generated through their unique affiliate link.

2. Tracking & Attribution: Referrals are tracked via first-party cookies with a 60-day tracking window. Conversions are credited on a last-click basis.

3. Payout Schedule: Commissions are reviewed and paid out monthly via Stripe / direct transfer, subject to a 14-day clearance period to account for cancellations or disputed charges.

4. Prohibited Marketing Practices:

- No self-referrals or purchasing through your own affiliate link.

- No spamming, unsolicited bulk emailing, or CAN-SPAM violations.

- No bidding on trademarked terms (e.g., "LeadsMagnetPro", "Leads Magnet Pro", "7 Layer Studio") on paid search platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads) without prior written consent.

- No misleading claims, false discounts, or cookie-stuffing.

5. Termination: Accounts found violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent activity will be terminated immediately, and pending commissions will be forfeited.
